How can I complete this restoration project and make the project area better for my children and pets?

Clearly define your vision of what the area would be like and how it would function to be better for your pets and children. Identify why that vision is not being achieved currently. Look through the parts of the toolkit that relate to the issues you have identified. If the area is being overrun by blackberries, kudzu, smilax or other invasive species, start with that module. If you are concerned about the potential water quality, check out this module. Look at the other modules, as well. There might be a solution in one of the other modules that had not come to mind but would be helpful.
